We are excited to announce that DevScope will be participating in Hackacity 2024 on December 11th, at the Centro Universitário do Porto. Our team, composed of Ruben Teixeira, Rita Sousa, Raquel Belo, and Maria Santos, is ready to tackle this year’s challenge: “Digital rights are human rights.”

About Hackacity 2024

Hackacity is Porto’s premier hackathon, bringing together tech enthusiasts, developers, and data experts to solve real-world challenges using open city data. Since 2015, Hackacity has been a platform where innovation meets impact, and each edition pushes the boundaries of what’s possible with data-driven solutions.

This year’s theme, Digital rights are human rights, couldn’t be more timely. In an increasingly digital world, it’s vital that everyone has access to and control over their digital rights, including privacy, freedom of expression, and data protection. At DevScope, we believe in the power of technology to protect these rights, and we’re excited to contribute to this mission.
