This year’s Microsoft MVP awards were just announced and our colleagues Sandro Pereira and Miguel Félix were, once again, among the best and most influential Microsoft professionals on the globe. DevScope has long been an employer of Microsoft MVPs and we’ve always incentivized our professionals to seek this status.

Sandro Pereira, our Head of Integration, once again received the prestigious MVP award this year, solidifying his position as one of the world’s foremost experts in Business Integration. This marks Sandro’s 13th consecutive Azure MVP recognition, a remarkable achievement. Alongside his role as a guest speaker at numerous events, he actively shares his Azure and BizTalk expertise on his blog, where he discusses real-world challenges encountered during his work. Sandro also has a couple of books published under his name, his most recent one being “Migrating to BizTalk Server 2020.”

Another deserving recipient of the MVP award is Miguel Félix, a BI specialist who joined DevScope last year. Miguel’s dedication to Power BI has earned him his 5th MVP distinction. He generously imparts his knowledge through speaking engagements at various events and his Power BI-focused blog. Those interested can attend his sessions at the upcoming Data Platform Virtual Summit 2022 and the Power Platform Conference 2022, both scheduled for September.

The Microsoft MVP Awards recognize individuals for their valuable contributions to communities centered around key Microsoft technologies. These contributions manifest in various ways, such as creating content for YouTube and blogs, offering assistance on help forums, participating as speakers at meetings and conferences, and collaborating with Microsoft product teams to provide feedback and ideas for improving the utilization of products and platforms worldwide. It is no coincidence that Sandro’s blog consistently appears at the top of Google searches, surpassing even the official BizTalk page, and now also as a Logic Apps Aviator, due to its ability to address unique problems and provide helpful tips that are not yet available elsewhere.
