Position Overview:

 

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be nurturing and expanding our existing client base. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of established customers, deeply understanding their business goals to identify opportunities where DevScope’s software solutions and services can add further value.

This is a “farming” role that requires a blend of relationship management, technical curiosity, and commercial acumen. You will be responsible for ensuring high client satisfaction while proactively driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling across our entire portfolio.

What we're looking for:

✨ Relationship Management: Act as the trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio of existing accounts.

📊 Account Growth: Identify and close cross-selling and upselling opportunities;

🧠 Strategic Planning: Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals;

🔄 Revenue Optimization: Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing;

🤜🤛Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction;

🌐 Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends and competitive positioning.

What will be good for you to have?

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field;
⭐ 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (software/IT preferred);
🗣️ Fluency in English (required) and Portuguese;
🌍 Additional languages (Spanish, French, German) are a major plus;
💻 Strong interest in technology and ability to articulate SaaS, BI, and Cloud value;
🌐 Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends and competitive positioning.
🧩 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
