Kubernetes is one of the hottest technologies in the field of DevOps, with astonishing adoption and growth rates despite being a relatively new technology.
For those unfamiliar with it, Kubernetes is an open-source container orchestration system originally developed by Google that enables the automation of deployment, scaling and maintenance of cloud applications. Kubernetes revolutionized the deployment of microservices and its popularity can be explained by the efficient use of resources and the shorter development cycles that come from eliminating much of the manual process that’s commonly necessary to deploy and scale applications in containers.
Given that demand to learn Kubernetes is high and since we have been working with this technology for some years now, we decided to host a couple of workshops on it titled “The microservices revolution, powered by Kubernetes”.
The first of these workshops is taking place next Tuesday, June 8, and is aimed at everyone who wants to take the first steps with Kubernetes. Over approximately 4 hours, trainees will be able to learn the basic concepts of the technology, how to manage workloads and services distributed in containers and how to migrate their applications to a more powerful orchestration system.
The workshop will be delivered in Portuguese via Microsoft Teams. The entrance is free, but it’s limited to 25 seats. If you’re planning to start learning everything about Kubernetes, hurry and click here to secure your seat.
